Not long after the release of the Quadro/Tesla/GRID graphics driver version 326.19 beta, NVIDIA has also made available the same beta version for the GeForce graphics cards, which increases the performance by up to 19% compared to the 320.49 WHQL-certified drivers.

The released packages are compatible with all of Microsoft’s Windows operating systems, including the latest of them all, namely Windows 8.1, for the desktop systems, and with the Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 platforms for the notebook configurations.

As for the changes, version 326.19 beta fixes an issue with the 3DTV Play that couldn’t be enabled with 3D-capable HDTV when the embedded emitter was used, and resolves the Battlefield 3 edge corruption and flickering problem that was spotted in some areas of the game’s map.

Moreover, Crysis’ 3 texture doesn’t flicker any more, Dead Space’s 3 game performance isn’t decreased when shadow is set to Soft High, F.3.A.R. with SLI enabled doesn’t crash when a new game is started, and Arma 3 gameplay is improved when SLI is on.

Furthermore, the release has workarounds for some surround problems encountered under Microsoft’s Windows 8.1 operating system.

Specifically speaking, when surround option is enabled, issues with the Control Panel, Surround hot-keys, and taskbar that either crashed, become unresponsive, didn’t work, or moved improperly, are now fixed thanks to NVIDIA’s team and the 326.19 beta version.

That being said, follow the link below, and from the list, choose the one that best describes your system configuration (desktop or notebook, OS, and bit-version).
