Intel has just released HD Graphics driver version 9.18.10.3165 that is targeted at most of its desktop boards, and is compatible only with Microsoft’s Windows 7 and 8 operating systems, both 32- and 64-bit versions.

Through this release, Intel includes the 4th Generation Core CPUs to the support list, and with this addition, it improves Skin Tone Enhancement, Total Color Control, and Auto Contrast Enhancement features.

Moreover, it adds new display capabilities such as three independent monitor support (through DisplayPort Multi Stream Technology), new DisplayPort 1.2 resolutions, and Hardware Encode compatibility with JPEG and MJPEG file formats.

As for some fixed issues, monitors now support EDID on a 1366x768 resolution, DWM.exe crash error on systems with Switchable Graphics enabled is resolved, and switching to Clone mode doesn’t encounter a black screen any more.

It’s also good to know that the package contains the Iris Graphics, HD Graphics, Display Audio, and OpenCL drivers, as well as the Media SDK Runtime and Control Panel files.

That being said, from the links below, choose the one that best describes your operating system’s bit-version.
