Intel has released a new chipset driver compatible with a large number of server boards and systems, namely version 10.0.14, which can also be installed on W2600CR and P4300CR workstation series.

This fresh update adds build config information to the readme file, adds a “Repair” functionality to the installation wizard, and fixes several Patsburg branding incorrect strings.

In addition to that, version 10.0.14 includes NDA and Public build configs in a single release and adds an error message to the user interface that informs the user about running Public configs on systems with NDA devices.

When it comes to installing this release, the present chipset driver can be applied on servers running under both 32- and 64- bit variants of Microsoft’s 7 and 8 operating systems, as well as under the Server 2003, 2008, 2012, and 2012 R2 platforms.

Moreover, the server unit must also contain Intel’s 9 series chipset along with an Atom, Celeron, or Pentium series CPU. Also, the producer’s 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-generation Core processor families are also suitable for this release.

As for the compatible server models, the download can be applied on most of Intel’s S1200, S1400, S1600, S2400, S2600, and S4600 board series, as well as on several H2000, P4000, R1000, and R2000 systems. However, the list with all supported devices can be viewed on the description page of this download.

That being said, download Intel Chipset Driver 10.0.14, make sure your device is compatible with this release, apply the driver, and come back as often as possible in order to stay “updated one minute ago.”
