Intel Makes Available March 2014 Bundle Package for a Large Number of NUCs

Intel has made available a new update targeted at several of its NUC units, namely the March 2014 bundle package, which includes all the drivers needed by the compatible next unit computing boards and kits in order to function properly.

The new release consists of several download records suitable for the DCP847SKE, D53427RKE, D34010WYB, D54250WYB, D33217CK, and D33217GKE boards, and for each device the producer has outed several packages compatible with Microsoft’s Windows XP, 7, 8, and 8.1 OSes.

In addition to that, Intel’s release also includes the DCCP847DYE, DN2820FYK, DC53427HYE, D34010WYK, D54250WYK, DC3217BY, and DC3217IYE NUC kits, which have available several download records for each bit variant of the compatible Windows platform, just like the NUC boards.

As for the drivers included in the release, the March 2014 packages include the Chipset, MBI, TXE, ME, RST, SCT, Rapid Start, IrDA, and USB 3.0 files, as well as the Audio, Bluetooth, Wireless, Graphics, and LAN packages.

However, not every NUC has all the mentioned drivers in its related archive and, moreover, this bundle package doesn't necessary include the latest driver versions – the present release is targeted at users who need the whole set instead of downloading individual drivers.
