We're offering you the latest firmware for Asus' nifty transforming tablet going by the name of Transformer Prime and codenamed TF201.

The gadget went through some troubles as of late as users grew rather grumpy with the tablet rebooting every now and then, for no apparent reason. Sensible ears have heard their pleas and a new firmware is finally ready, promising an end for this type or errors.

Firmware is now version 9.4.2.13 (Android 4.0.3) and is intended for updating the US and Taiwan SKUs. Please make sure you upgrade with the corresponding software; failure to install the proper firmware for each SKU can result in update errors.

You should also keep in mind that the firmware update cannot make changes to the SKU and will not be able to downgrade installed software. As with any operation involving firmware, backing up all data on your devices is a most recommended task.
