Just shortly after the latest firmware version released by Sony for their PlayStation 3 gaming console, the Japanese manufacturer releases a new one, dubbed 4.11.

The PlayStation 3 firmware 4.11 brings forth further enhancements in the console Internet browser; it looks like there is still a lot of work to be done here to increase the compatibility with the ever-growing types of interactive content present on the Web, and the display methods can be improved even more.

The time and date can be set up automatically now, as the [Set Automatically] option has been added in the <Settings> > (Date and Time Settings) menu.

As the 4.11 version contains all the features and changes which the 4.10 brought, we should tell you that you can still use your current sign-in ID and password for the "PlayStation Network account," transformed to "Sony Entertainment Network account" after the previous update.
