Ducky, a Taiwanese peripherals manufacturer, has recently released a new firmware for their Shine 3 gaming keyboard. I'm referring to the European version of it, the 3.1.0.

This update adds the “Fn”+ 0~9 buttons on the number row for the RGB memory function. With this firmware version, the backlight brightness has been adjusted to be within specifications, in order to increase compatibility with certain computers.

To install the new release, simply run the firmware updater available at the link below. It will provide you with all the information needed for the installation procedure.

The device itself is one beautiful product. In my opinion, the snake logo on the spacebar next to the word “Ducky” are a bit of an unfortunate combination, but the rest of the design is at least attractive.

Get the firmware at the link below and stay “updated one minute ago.”
