Intel has just released its latest chipset device software version, namely version 10.0.13, which is compatible with Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems (both 32- and 64-bit variants), as well as with the Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and 2012 R2 platforms.

This fresh update fixes several localization errors encountered by the installer and changes its baseline version from 2.0 to 3.0, adds the IvyTown E7 brandings strings once more, and includes support for the new IvyTown 0E45, 0E47, 0E85, and 0E95 devices.

In addition to that, the release also adds compatibility with additional Broadwell-E and Baytrail-I devices, as well as updated descriptions and branding strings, and give the Baytrail-I units the possibility to be installed on Microsoft’s Windows 8 OS.

When it comes to the compatible devices, Intel’s latest 10.0.13 package is targeted at systems that contain its 9 series chipset, Atom, Celeron, or Pentium processors, as well as its 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-generation Core CPU family.

As the producer highlights in the release notes, there aren’t any known issues whatsoever. Still, this release doesn’t install AGP or USB drivers; therefore, don’t apply this package hoping that these problems will be resolved.

That being said, if your system is compatible with this latest version, download Intel Chipset Device Software 10.0.13, apply it to your computer, and enjoy your newly update device.
