14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has recently released a new version of their Perceptive Pixel Touch driver. The new update works under Windows XP, 7 and 8.
According to Microsoft, this driver is necessary in order to receive maintenance and support for your hardware and software.
Products that make use of this update are the 27", 55" and 82" Procap Devices. These LCD multi-touch displays are widely used for office presentations or brainstorming sessions that require both a large screen and multi-user interaction.
The 82" panel, for example, is the world’s largest projected capacitive, optically bonded multi-touch display.
It features a slim 6” profile (although 6” might not sound that slim) and the capacity of simultaneous pen and touch interaction. This makes it a perfect tool for any collaborative multi-user environment.
