Leshcat has announced the availability of its latest AMD UnifL Catalyst graphics package, namely version 14.4 v2.2, which includes several fixes and workarounds as a result of the Disaster Report Form processed up to 19 August.

This new update can be applied on systems running only the 64-bit variant of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 platforms, and which include compatible AMD and Intel components.

When it comes to the release notes, Leshcat’s release implements configuration changes for all Intel generation processors and for AMD video cards. Also, this UnifL driver includes 2 new HD graphics drivers for Intel’s Legacy+ generation CPUs, namely versions 8.15.10.2559 and 8.15.10.2993.

In addition to that, the 2559 and 2993 builds will be automatically unpacked to the “Intel” folder and, even though version 8.15.10.2993 is the main one, you can still apply the other driver version manually.

As for the other files, if this update is applied, your system will also receive the 14.100.0.0000 AMD Graphics driver, as well as the 9.17.10.3517 and 10.18.10.3621 modern HD Graphics packages developed by Intel.

Moreover, depending on your system configuration, the AMD HDMI audio driver version 7.12.0.7718 (Windows 7), 8.0.0.8815 (Windows 8), or 9.0.0.9905 (Windows 8.1) will also be installed along with the other files.
