Good news from Intel for all those looking to better the graphic performance of their Core-based systems: a new build for the display drivers is now available for free download, the 2827.

If you're running Vista, Windows 7, Windows Embedded or Server 2008 on a system at whose heart lies an Intel Core or 2nd generation Core CPU, then this download should be next in line for you. The x86 driver version is now 15.22.57.2827m, while the 64-bit version is 15.22.57.64.2827.

The new drivers address some minor issues encountered with the previous release: the WebGL rendering anomalies in Chrome and Firefox and some minute rendering errors in a longer list of games.

At the same time, corruption in several titles using DirectX 9 and antialiasing has been taken care of for a smoother and overall better gaming experience.
