Software for Gigabyte's new boards becomes downloadable

Gigabyte has finally decided to start releasing software (drivers, BIOS and utilities) for the new generation of motherboards loaded with Intel's H77, Z77 and B75 chipsets.

We're bringing you today the download for GA-Z77X-D3H (rev. 1.0), a Z77 motherboard packing a lot of nifty features, suitable for both building a gaming-oriented system or a high-performance professional one.

Aside from the Intel Z77 Express Chipset accommodating the LGA 1155 Core i3, i5, i7 and Celeron CPUs, the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H (rev. 1.0) can be loaded with a maximum of 32 GB DDR in 4 1.5V slots with Dual-channel architecture and capable of running with Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) modules, as well.

2-way AMD CrossFireX and Nvidia SLI arrays are supported by the PCIe connectors, while HDMI 1900 x 1200 output comes in as a stock feature. Users can enjoy fast data transfers using the dual SATA3 6Gb/s connectors and the maximum of 6 USB 3.0.2.0 ports available.

The GA-Z77X-D3H (rev. 1.0) supports a lot of Gigabyte proprietary software (such as On/Off Charge) while also being capable of running Intel's Rapid Start Technology or Lucidlogix' Virtu MVP.
