MSI has made available for download all drivers required by its newly-released Z97I Gaming ACK motherboard, which was launched just last month, in order to provide appropriate performance and stability.

The files provided by MSI are compatible with both 32- and 64-bit architectures of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems and are owned by 3 big developers: Intel, Realtek, and Qualcomm.

To be more precise, Intel plays an important role as it owns quite all chipset packages, namely Rapid Start, Smart Connect, and Rapid Storage technology drivers, as well as Chipset, USB 3.0 (only for Windows 7), ME (Management Engine), and XTU (Extreme Tuning Utility) files.

When it comes to Realtek’s contribution, it only provides functionality for the 7.1-Channel High Definition sound card, quality that is ensured by its ALC1150 audio codec.

As for Qualcomm, this manufacturer enables the full power of its Killer DoubleShot Pro network card that combines WiFi with LAN for best online gaming experience. However, be careful to save the files suitable for your OS, as Qualcomm has developed several drivers for different platforms.

Last but not least, along with this new motherboard, MSI has also released the default BIOS (version 10.0) that comes pre-installed on the device. Even though it might not be useful for the moment, it could come in handy in the event future BIOS versions turn up faulty.

That being said, download MSI Z97I Gaming ACK Drivers, carefully apply each one of them, and don’t forget to perform a system reboot once finished to make sure all changes take effect. Also, constantly check our website in order to be up to speed with the latest releases.
