New drivers, utilities and BIOS start to pour in as the motherboard manufacturers list them for public access, and we're watching everything closely.

Asrock was the first manufacturer to release drivers for the new Z77-based motherboards, with MSI following closely, and Asus and Gigabyte simply announcing the new boards, but still not offering any kind of software, BIOS or anything else.

Today's listing comprises BIOS for MSI's initial three boards: Z77A-G54, Z77A-GD55, and the Z77A-GD65, with more coming soon, hopefully. Another piece of code is intended for Sony's nifty Vaio VPCYB13KX notebook, accompanied by other laptops from Acer, Lenovo and HP. Today's motherboard BIOS comes only from SuperMicro.

Here's the list:

Acer Extensa 4620Z Notebook BIOS 1.33 Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E325 BIOS 1.15 HP G72-c55DX Notebook BIOS F.48 for Windows 7 HP G72T-200 CTO Notebook BIOS F.37 for Windows 7 SuperMicro X8SI6-F / X8SIE / X8SIE-F / X8SIE-LN4 / X8SIE - LN4F BIOS R 1.2 Supermicro X7DB3 / X7DB8 / X7DB8+ BIOS R 2.1c Supermicro X7DBU / X7DGU BIOS R 2.1c MSI Z77A-G45 Bios 2.0 MSI Z77A-GD55 Bios 1.1 MSI Z77A-GD65 Bios A.2 Sony Vaio VPCYB13KX Notebook Bios 1R0162Z7

As both hardware and software evolve, old BIOSes might become unstable or simply prevent you from using your computer to its full potential.

Therefore, it is highly recommended to always use the most recent BIOS version available. Do not forget to check with our site as often as possible in order to stay updated on the latest BIOS files.
