Meet Eee PC 1225B, the most powerful member of Asus' Eee family. This netbook is running on a dual-core CPU architecture, aided by a Radeon HD 6320 built-in graphic card, and a maximum of 4GB DDR memory (2GB is standard configuration).

If you're looking for a computer packing together small size and brawn, the Eee PC 1225B might just be one of the best choices around: you get 1.65GHz CPU speed with a turbo-mode GPU which can deliver 600MHz when needed.

The 11.6" backlit LED display comes with 1366x768 resolution and sports both VGA and HDMI outputs. The 6-cell battery is said to deliver up to 7 hours of usage, but no specs on what sort of usage we're speaking about are available (browsing, gaming or other energy-hungry applications).

One nice thing is that the Eee PC 1225B comes in various "flavors" and users can optionally choose between USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity. The multi-card reader is a standard option, just like the low-res 0.3 MP camera. The announced price tag runs around $450 (350 Eur) but the street/ online prices will definitely be lower.

We're offering you the latest drivers for the Asus Eee PC 1225B netbook, for free, as always.
