ASUS has made available BIOS version 1504 developed for most of its Intel Z87 chipset-based motherboards, which includes changes and fixes that improve the compatible devices’ overall performance and stability.

Specifically speaking, version 1504 can be applied on the Z87-A, Z87-C, Z87-DELUXE/DUAL, Z87-EXPERT, and Z87-PLUS boards, regardless of the operating system.

Moreover, ASUS’ Z87-PRO, Z87-WS, Z87-DELUXE/QUAD, SABERTOOTH Z87, and GRYPHON Z87 devices are also compatible with this latest release.

As for fixes, the multi-language strings and Marvell firmware have been updated, the EZSetup and BitLocker stability has been improved, and support for new CPUs has been added.

In addition to that, this update revises the BIOS help string, enhances compatibility with certain USB devices, and fixes an issue where the system woke up from S3 and S4 when USB charger was enabled.

That being said, if you own one of the above-mentioned boards and want to keep it updated, then download BIOS 1504 for ASUS Z87 motherboards, view the specific changes made for it, and upgrade your ASUS device.
