AMD has recently released a new beta version of the Catalyst. The 13.8 beta 2 improves performance in Saints Row 4 by up to 25% at 1920x1280 with Ultra settings enabled.

Other highlights of this release include a 9% boost in Splinter Cell Blacklist running at 2560x1600 with Ultra settings enabled. Bear in mind that this game is due to be launched on August 20, 2013, one day after AMD's Catalyst release date.

Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon get their corruption issue, when enabling Anti-Aliasing through the Catalyst Control Center, fixed with this release. The same problem got fixed for Doom 3 BFG as well.

Known issues for this driver version include CrossFire configurations (when used in combination with Overdrive) that can result in the secondary GPU usage running at 99% and PCI-e bus speed for the secondary GPU being reported as x1 when you enable CrossFire.

There is also a Bioshock Infinite bug with the new DLC, which can cause system hangs with Frame Pacing enabled.
