Advanced Micro Devices has recently launched a new graphics card, the Radeon HD7790, and now, a driver for it.

The 12.101.2.1 comes with no release notes. However, the product page from AMD features a Bioshock Infinite logo with “Gaming Evolved” written on it.

If you're not familiar with what this card has to offer, here are some of its key features. First of all, it has a 1000MHz engine clock, 1GB GDDR5 memory, 1500MHz memory clock (6.0 Gbps GDDR5), DirectX 11.1-capable graphics and OpenGL 4.2 support.

It uses a PCI Express 3.0 x16 bus interface and can be paired with a similar card through AMD CrossFire.

Output resolution will vary depending on the port you use. Therefore, the DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI maximum resolution is 4096x2160 per display, for Dual-link DVI with HDCP is 2560x1600 and for the classic VGA is 2048x1536.
