Improvement

- There was a problem that the image shook at the position occurred after Pan/Tilt operation when the OIS setting was OFF. This problem has been improved.
- When all octet values of the IP address of the connected remote controller were 3 digits, the notification of the camera was not updated. Therefore there was a problem that the camera status information was not displayed on the remote controller. In this case, there is no problem with camera control. This problem has been corrected.
