Provides the following fixes from Microsoft Knowledge Base:
- KB2584454 - "0x0000003B" Stop error when you run certain applications in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2.
- KB2551127 - "0x0000010E" Stop error occurs on a computer that uses hybrid graphics in a heterogeneous GPU configuration and that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.
- KB2505454 - The startup process is delayed on a computer that has a large hard disk installed and is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.
- KB2550648 - The English (India) keyboard is not listed after you add the Rupee supplement to an English version Windows 7 image.
If it has been installed, updating (overwrite-installing) may fix problems, add new functions, or expand existing ones. Even though other OSes might be compatible as well, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones specified.
To install this package please do the following:
- Make sure that all system requirements are met.
- Save the downloadable package on an accessible location (such as your desktop).
- Locate and double-click on the newly-downloaded file.
- Allow Windows to run the file (if necessary).

Install this tuning utility and you will be able to manually configure various overclocking values, such as CPU and memory frequencies, system clocks, fan speeds, and monitor temperature for different components.
