Fixes:
- Audio: After a video call was made from the RealPresence Group system, all future audio-only calls placed to a SoundStation IP 7000 phone had audio output from the RealPresence Group system speakers and the SoundStation IP 7000 speaker. This issue has been corrected.
- Interoperability: When you used a RealPresence Group Series system to join a multipoint call while you were muted, the Microsoft Lync 2013 client displayed no video. Similarly, if you muted and unmuted a RealPresence Group system during a multipoint call, the Lync 2013 client displayed no video. This issue has been corrected
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
