Wacom DTK-2241 Tablet Driver 6.3.39-1 for macOS

What's new in 6.3.39:

- Added a settings option called Pan/Scroll (Legacy) that allows your screen cursor to move with the pen when using a pen button to pan/scroll.
- Improved notifications if you have a non-supported Wacom device attached to your computer.
- Suspended the current Wacom Experience Program with the goal of implementing a new and improved version for customers in late 2020.
- Ended support for Android File Transfer, as it's not compatible with macOS 10.15.

Resolved Issues:

- All Devices: We reestablished the ability to rename desktop objects by clicking them with the pen.
- All Devices: We fixed an issue with the battery status icon in the menu bar not displaying the current battery level when changing between wired and wireless modes.
- All Devices: We fixed an issue in which pen display calibration was not possible when displays were mirrored.
- Cintiq 12: We fixed an issue in which the Cintiq 12 was incorrectly mapping to all displays.
- All Devices: We fixed an issue with the Shift key sticking in Excel when using a two-finger scroll gesture to scroll horizontally.
- All Devices: We fixed an issue with input latency that was introduced by the previous driver release.

Known Issues:

- Cintiq Pro: After enabling and then disabling Tablet mode on a Cintiq Pro 16 and restarting the computer, touch functionality stops working. What you can do about it while we fix it: Restarting the computer a second time resolves the issue.
- All Devices: In Catalina (macOS 10.15) you cannot launch the keyboard viewer. An error message will display. What you can do about it while we fix it: Manually launch the the keyboard from the Input menu in the menu bar by selecting Show Keyboard Viewer. (If the command isn't shown, go to System Preferences > Keyboard and select “Show keyboard and emoji viewers in menu bar.”)
- All Devices: Straight line segments are present at the start of a stroke in some applications. What you can do about it while we fix it: We are working with the application developers to solve the problem. If you experience this problem, check for application updates.
- All Devices: You cannot log in to your computer from your device using pen or touch. What you can do about it while we fix it: You can use your mouse or touchpad. If you do not have a mouse or touchpad, use the Right or Left arrow keys on your keyboard until your user name is selected and then press Enter.

This package contains the files needed for installing the Tablet driver. If it has been installed, updating (overwrite-installing) may fix problems, add new functions, or expand existing ones. Even though other OSes might be compatible as well, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones specified.

To install this package please do the following:

- Download the driver by saving the file to any easily accessible folder.
- Double click "Wacom Tablet.dmg"
- Click Install Tablet.pkg in the automatically opened folder.
- Follow the Installation Wizard steps.
- Reboot computer
