SUPPORT FOR THE NEW WACOM CINTIQ PRO 16

The Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 (DTH-1620) has a 16", etched-glass screen to give you the perfect amount of space for painting and retouching jobs and the right amount of pen tip friction. Draw directly on the surface for a pen-on-screen connection to your work and watch your work progress directly beneath the pen. You can also use touch functionality to easily pan, zoom, or rotate your work with just a touch.

The Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 has features to make your workflow easier, too. Assign functions that you use frequently to the On-Screen Controls and the optional ExpressKey Remote and use the Touch Keys as shortcuts to features.

RESOLVED ISSUES

- All devices
We resolved an issue where, when you selected an item with your pen, it would not be selected or your pen tap would register as a double-click.

Note:

If your pen is not double-clicking like you want, you can customize the double-click speed in your computer's System Preferences. Go to Accessibility > Mouse & Trackpad and move the Double-Click Speed slider.

- Wacom MobileStudio Pro: DTH-W1320, W1620
We resolved an issue where, when you flipped your tablet so that the ExpressKeys were on the opposite side, your cursor would move in the opposite direction to what you expected.

- All devices
We resolved an issue that was causing small drawing strokes not to register.

- Wacom Intuos Pro / Wacom Cintiq Pro / MobileStudio Pro: PTH-660, 860 / DTH-1320, W1320, 1620, W1620
We resolved an issue where the Art Pen would rotate in the opposite direction to what you expected, and the Airbrush Pen wheel would not work.

We resolved an issue where the cursor would be jittery when your tablet was connected by Bluetooth.

We resolved an issue where your cursor could stick to the edge of your screen when you used your tablet with more than one monitor.

We resolved an issue that was causing lags when using touch if you were viewing your work on a monitor in pen tablet mode.

We resolved an issue that was causing lags and excessive scrolling or moving when using touch.

KNOWN ISSUES

- Wacom Cintiq Pro: DTH-1320, 1620
You might not be able to use pen or touch on your pen display to log in to your computer.
What you can do about it while we are working on a solution:
You can use your mouse or touchpad to select your username. If you do not have a mouse or touchpad, press the right or left arrow keys on your keyboard to select your username and then press Enter. Enter your password with your keyboard and press Enter to log in.

- Wacom Intuos Pro: PTH-660, 860
When you connect your computer to your tablet by Bluetooth, there might be a delay before your pen will work.
What we are doing about it:
We are working to shorten or remove this delay.

- All devices
When you are using a pen with macOS Sierra (10.12), your lines might be wavy.
What we are doing about it:
We are working on a temporary fix to implement in the Wacom driver while Apple investigates the issue.
