T20 firmware upgrade by following these steps:
- Please backup stored in T20 in the profile.
- Prepare a TF card with enough space and confirmed its file system to FAT32.
- After extracting the downloaded firmware file on the PC, find "SmartQT20" file in the folder, copy the file to the root directory of TF card.
- Make sure the battery is fully charged, and in the off state to insert TF card, then hold down the "volume down" key, and then press the power button until the upgrade prompt appears on the screen.
- The firmware will be upgraded automatically after the upgrade is complete T20 is restarted.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
