Smart Devices SmartQ G7 Tablet Firmware Android 2.2.1.0
Please upgrade the firmware for the G7 by following these steps:
- Please back up personal data stored in the G7.
- Prepare a TF card with enough space and confirmed its file system to FAT32.
- After extracting the downloaded firmware file on the PC, find "SmartQG7" file in the folder, copy the file to the root directory of TF card.
- Off state TF card is inserted and connected to the charger, hold down the "volume down" key, and then press the power button until the upgrade icon appears on the screen to enter the firmware upgrade interface.
- After the upgrade is complete, G7 will restart.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
