Fixes:
- Removed the uninstall link in the [Start]-[All Programs]-[Integrated Camera] path to avoid unintentional uninstallation.
- Removed "Integrated Camera TWAIN" entry in the [Control Panel]-[Add/Remove Programs] (Windows XP) or [Control Panel]-[Programs and Features] (Windows 7/Vista) path to avoid confusion.
- Corrected the README document. Added NOTES for upgrading from version 1.18.500.0 and 1.23.500.0 to latest version.

It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
