NETGEAR WNR612v3 Router Firmware 1.0.0.12

Fixes:
- Support WiFi Scheduling.
- Default Language Setting.
- Special dial Function.
- RU Function.
- Router starts in English language after reset, no Russian Wizard.
- Router can't switch language to Russian without internet connection. After this operation WEB interface doesn't works.
- DualWAN L2TP/PPTP/PPPoE doesn't works, as result, IPTV via IGMP Proxy doesn't works too.
- Router loses Internet connection after long tome playing IPTV (TV port) or using Torrents.
- IPTV via IGMP Proxy doesn't works with MAC clonig function if MAC of PC and MAC of router the same.
- Port forwarding based on old router spec.
- UPnP doesn't delete unused rules.
- I can't use spaces in names for port forwarding rules.
- Guest Network is enabled, but on status page it has yellow status.
- Authorization timeout works bad. I can click cancel button and refresh page to login to the router.
- Time Zone is not updated, Moscow now is +4, etc.
- WEB interface issues (translation and other).
- NAT Loopback doesn't works.
- Static route by manual configuration doesn't work.
- L2TP connection NEVER succeed.
- IPTV traffic (multicast) from TV-port spaMming to LAN port.
- Router gets hanged up while running for 0.5-1.5 hours.
- L2TP MTU default value is 1430 (correct value shall be 1428).
- PPPoE cannot accept null password.
- PPTP cannot establish connection with pap and chap security mode.
- The page cannot skip automatically after fw upgraded with Google Chrome,Safari.
- DUT WAN connection idles time-out function doesn't work.
- 2 issues about IPTV.
- The trust IP should be changed while changing LAN IP's netmask.
- Can't edit Lan Address Reservation if the PC's host name is Chinese.
