Fixes:
- Update VBIOS from 2130 to 2137.
- Update VBIOS for N13M, N13P-GL, N13P-GLR, N13M-GE1, N13M-GLR, N13M-GL.
- Update Cybertan and Liteon BT IDs information. (Broadcom 943142)
