Fixes:
- BYT M/D Beta with Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 support
- Resolved issue where agent was breaking out of state machine on resume when it received a set remote wake request not handled in previous SO state
- Added 5s delay to the agent suspend sequence when a thermal threshold was reached and delay timeout was less than 5s.
- Optimized Remote Wake event loop to abort certain operations that were started in previous cycle but did not complete before suspend.
- Fixed issue with Update Session when sending Extended Status to wake service
- Resolved race condition when setting session status if the system suspends because of over temperature
