Fixes:
- The component tools in this component have been updated to properly identify Windows Server 2012 R2.
- This component resolves an issue in the Intel Ethernet Thermal Sensor Monitor Service (IETMS.exe) that results in ping times exceeding 1000ms and very heavy consumption of CPU resources. 
- The component tools in this component have been updated to include translations for Simplified Chinese.
