These special drivers provide the CAPI 2.0 interface for GSM communication. This is the prerequisite for the use of the FRITZ!GSM software with the appropriate CAPI applications over GSM. The FRITZ!GSM CAPI uses the special "Mobile ISDN" technique. FRITZ!GSM uses ISDN protocol adaptation and data compression to obtain data speeds of up to 90 kbit/s on high-speed GSM (HSCSD) connections.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
