Intel Optane Memory UI/Driver 16.5.1.1030 for Windows 10 64-bit

New features and updates added for this release:

- Intel Optane Memory End-User File, Application, and Folder Pinning in Intel Optane memory User Interface(UI) and Intel RST UI

Notes:

- Known Issue is defined as a potential Intel RST issue that has been replicated internally by the Intel RST team but has not been root caused to be an Intel RST defect.
- The RAID OROM & UEFI version for this release is 16.5.0.3492, the driver and user interface version is 16.5.1.1030. For Intel RST Premium features (e.g. RAID, Intel Optane memory, CPU Attached Storage), it is recommended that both the Intel RST pre-OS and Intel RST OS driver components are updated.
- If RTD3 is enabled, Windows can turn off disk for very short time (e.g. 20ms). The minimum off time for some disks can be much longer (even 1s). If the disk is turned on too fast, it can hang in some undefined state. RTD3 should be disabled if the disk specification states longer minimum off time.

Known Issues:

- Volume label of ODD drive remain unchanged after ejected CD/DVD disc in RAID mode.
- Can't disable write caching on Intel Optane accelerated volume
- Sporadically restart option not showing, After enabling/disabling Intel Optane using Intel Optane installer
- Error event log ID7000/ID7009 (iaStorAfsService) show up after PBR reset/refresh.
- BSOD 0xef about"CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" occurred during do verify for created RAID0 after transfer RAID1 to RAID0 and create a RAID0.
- Create tab of IRST UI Stopped Working with NVMe SSD on CPU attached storage present along with other drives and remapping disabled
