Intel NUC Board RST AHCI Preinstall Driver 11.2.0.1006 for XP

Fixes:
- RAID0 sometimes stops at BIOS prompt screen for 20mins when performing extended S4 cycling
- RAID OROM doesn't always detect internal HDD
- Accelerating system disk with a former cache SSD (that has had metadata reset) induces BSOD 0x7E
- UI showing "unknown error" when trying to accelerate with partitioned SSD without enough free space for cache volume
- Customer specific function doesn't work on systems configured as SRT
- Write-error occurs when burning DVD+R DL media.
- Data partition won't be created because the rest of the mSATA's unallocated space can't be seen
- Activate Port x LED, doesn't work if SATA disk drives ports are not in sequential order.
- WHQL failure when Zero power ODD enabled
- RST icon always disappears even when "show the notification area icon" is checked
- Driver is sending park head command to SSD when it is not supposed to
- 0xD1 BSOD during extended suspend resume cycling
- System will exhibit a 0x9F if left with a blinking cursor for ~10min
- RAIDCfg64.exe removes the partition table when configured.
