Fixes:
- Corrected false fan and power supply removal and insertion traps from the HP Insight Management Agents that could occur after an iLO reset.
- Corrected the state of a hot-inserted fan reported to the HP Insight Management WBEM Providers. The fan could have been incorrectly marked as "failed".
