- Remove flag that is no longer used. Improve scrolling and inertia by using history data. Update 2FScrolling inertia settings for improved 2F scrolling. Change Inertia speed to be consistent with current settings.
- Modify default setting for SYN1507.; Use the better one for KBCNotifyConfig.
