Fixes:
- The gesture api will not notify them after lots time S3/S4 -> resume testing. The root cause is the pipeclient did not release well, so the "WaitNamedPipe" WinAPI will timeout for available pipe after lots of resume testing.
- Add Edge Pull Enable/Disable Control and remove video as requested.
- Ported trunk fix to this branch.
- Backport fix for keyboard from trunk into old 16.2.10 branch
