- Bugfix: DHCP client write config policy
- Bugfix: RAM/FLASH file system allowed seeking over file size
- Bugfix: Web GUI scan disk and format disk policy

How to upgrade the NexStar LX firmware:

For PC only:
- Run the LX-Upgrade-Utility.exe
- It will scan your network for NAS devices. Select the unit you wish to upgrade.
- Browse for the new firmware: LX-Firmware-BASIC46.bin.
- Click Upgrade.
- Power cycle or log into the web interface and reboot.

Or:
- Log into the web interface.
- Go to the Maintenance page.
- Under Firmware Upload, browse for the new firmware: LX-Firmware-BASIC46.bin.
- Click UPLOAD.
- When firmware update is complete, click REBOOT.

Updating the HDD’s (Hard Disk Drive) firmware version can fix various problems that might occur, enhance some of the features available or add support for new ones, and improve the unit’s overall performance.
