Issues fixed in 9.4 Beta release:

- DL-6xxx series: Blu-ray and DVD content does not show on DisplayLink connected displays with Windows 10 20H1 and latest Intel graphics drivers (31667)
- DL-3000/DL-5000 series: Fixed compatibility with some specific DisplayPort monitors not always being detected as connected (31596)
- DL-6xxx series: Dell U3219Q DisplayPort monitor can remain blank if system is resumed after shut down, but appear in Windows display properties (31113)
