Windows Vista (32 and 64 bit) Issues
This section provides last minute information on issues that may be experienced when using this release of the ATI FirePro/FireGL Unified Driver on systems running the Windows Vista (32 or 64 bit version) operating system. These include the following:
Open Issues
• Autodesk Imagemodeler 2009 stops responding when moving cursor between
viewports. Tracking number 258101.
• Autodesk Imagemodeler 2009 a delay may be noticed when rendering the
images to the multiple viewports. Tracking number 258155.
Closed Issues
• DX10 vertex buffer stride failure and antialiasing lines fail to render properly
• Viewperf 10.0 Run Forever test will stop responding after one hour
• Video may not render properly when playing some Blu-ray movies
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
