Fixes:
- Tax Percentage can integer round off to the 2nd decimal place.
- Can’t save article; If go to Customization and select Advanced, after typing in the information it will only save the "Welcome Slogan" and "Comments" it will not save the "Article" or "Information"
- User Session Limits default change to 128
