Installs firmware for the following Intel RAID Controller for S2600TP and S2600KP family:

- Intel RAID Controller RS3KC: Integrated Controller on AHWKPTP12GBGBIT supporting JBOD(passthrough) only.
- Intel RAID Controller RS3PC: Integrated Controller on FHWKPTPBGB24 supporting NVMe/SAS JBOD(passthrough) only.

Changes:

1) Fix to SATA detection issues on RMS3VC160 phy0/8 due to unnecessary spinup delay
2) Fix to SATA error responses during certain non NCQ ATA commands
3) Fixes to responses to some SATA 'Sense Data Available' replies
4) Enhancement to set PERIPHERAL DEVICE WRITE FAULT sense code when reporting a medium error
