How to update the firmware on the Headplay driver board:

1. Download the .BIN file and copy it to a USB stick. 
 Use a windows machine to copy the file.
2. Connect the USB stick to the Headplay Driver Board .
3. Press and hold all keypad buttons while connecting battery.
- Remove the keypad PCB from the plastic to make it easier to press all the buttons.
- LCD does not have to be connected during the update process.
- Do not remove power during the update process- you may damage your driver board if you abort the update while its in progress
- After power is connected, you may let go of the keypad buttons
- You can tell if the update is in progress by LED indicator in the USB stick. The firmware update will take about 90 seconds to complete.
- After 90 seconds, its safe to remove power.
