Acer Aspire 8935G Foxconn Bluetooth Driver 6.2.0.8000 for Vista64

Fixes:
- Fixed crash in the BTStackServer when Abort happens to be after part of the block was written or read
- Localization of 6.2 in 9 languages.
- Porting the same logic of IE SendTo to other SendTos(fileexploer, msoffice sendto)
- Added code to manually add the startup shortcut tooltip for BtTray.
- Included logic to "delete service on suspend".
- Fixed bug that created an error message during upgrade to 6.2.
- Added new VID/PID to btusbflt inf file.
- Added Registry entry to Force Network Service Indication to indicate "Service Present" when necessary.
- Implemented a workaround for the Microsoft SDP removal delay issue. BT stack is now unloading much faster.
- The defect has fixed, the Control UI shows the status of battery
- The problem was in localized resource file. It did not have correct hotkey declaration.
- Error does not happen if the name of file is 2 bytes character such as Korean or Chinese
- If there are no PIMs installed then sync option will be hidden now.
- Added calls to ChangeWindowMessageFilter() in stack server to unblock the VDP window messages. Added code in the VDP filter to more gracefully fail if the messages can not be sent to stack server.
- Corrected state of stack server variables after suspend/resume
