Fixes:
- Fixes if enable EIST and Turbo boost in BIOS and use PowerMAX to let CPU 100% loading. the frequency is not '3.6GHz'.
- Fixes Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology Monitor has no message pop up when disable EIST(It should have message pop up).
