Intel has rolled out a new version of its High Definition Graphics driver, namely the 27.20.100.9616 Beta DCH update, which brings a new Installer UI with an improved look and feel, as well as reduces load times and stuttering in Moonlight Blade and Call of Duty: Warzone.

In addition to that, the current release resolves the intermittent crashes/hangs seen in Shadowman Remastered (Vulkan), Dark Souls III, and Gangstar New Orleans, and fixes minor graphic anomalies for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Dirt 5, Watch Dogs: Legion, Control, and 3DMark: FireStrike.

Moreover, build 9616 makes sure HDMI 2.0 monitors don’t have any problems when resuming from sleep or standby, removes a 4K monitor bug encountered when connecting it and switching to duplicate displays, and improves stability for 11th-gen Core H-Series mobile Processors.

In terms of compatibility, Intel’s update is only suitable for configurations running Microsoft’s 64-bit architecture of Windows 10 operating systems, and including a supported CPU model; make sure to check the Release Notes below.

When it comes to installation, make sure your system is valid for this new driver, save and run the downloadable executable, and follow all instructions displayed on-screen for a complete and successful upgrade.

In addition to that, once finished, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot to allow the changes to take effect. If this task isn’t requested, however, make sure to carry it out manually.
