Intel has announced the availability of a new HD Graphics driver compatible with the 64-bit variant of Windows 10 platform, namely version 27.20.100.9039, which installs a patch for Iris Xe Dedicated Graphics family (Codename DG1) to fix Handbrake Application error.

In addition to that, the current update also resolves the app crash seen when trying to play MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries, implements performance Optimizations for DX9 games, and fixes minor graphic anomalies seen in Battlefield V (DX12).

However, build 9039 might still encounter certain issues with Cyberpunk 2077, Avengers, Dirt 5, Horizon Zero Dawn, Borderlands 3, Destiny 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, and other games as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

Considering this, if you want to upgrade, save and run the available setup package, wait for all files required to be made available, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete upgrade.

Last but not least, make sure to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this task isn’t requested automatically, it would be a good idea to carry it out manually to avoid any issues.

That said, download Intel Iris Xe MAX Graphics Driver 27.20.100.9039 for Windows 10 64-bit, apply it to enjoy the changes and improvements mentioned above, and constantly check our website to stay up to speed with the latest releases.
