The release fixes color corruption in Adobe Photoshop CC

AMD has rolled out a new version of its FirePro/Radeon Pro Enterprise Graphics Driver, namely 18.Q4.1, which promises to resolve color corruptions encountered in Adobe Photoshop CC with 10Bit displays, and more.

Specifically speaking, the current update provides support for AMD Radeon Products, make sure users don’t experience issues with Vega-based hardware when using Siemens FEMAP, fixes problems with Dassault Systemes Solidworks, and improves VMWare ESXi hypervisor stability.

As for compatibility, besides a supported GPU model (check the Release Notes below), AMD’s release can be applied on configurations running Windows 7 or 10 platforms, or one of the 64-bit variants of Microsoft’s Windows Server 2008 R2 or Server 2016.

Now, if your hardware is supported, save and run the downloadable executable, wait for it to extract all required files for this installation, and close all programs and processes that might interfere with the upgrade.

Afterward, follow all instructions displayed on the screen, and once completed, make sure to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If not requested automatically, it would be a good idea to carry it out manually to avoid any unwanted problems.
