i installed sp3....
but now i cant install this driver...
everytime the same error occurs....what should i do?

I don't really know if the driver is good or not. I downloaded the driver because it contains the MS UAA Hi-Def Audio driver needed as a prerequesite for my audio driver. I used WinRAR to extract the update. This driver package contains the KB888111 update for Win2kSP4, XPSP1, XPSP2, and Win2003Svr. If trying to install with XPSP3 you will get an error.

What's the point of this driver?
I downloaded SP3 and was then asked to install this driver... and after a couple of hours waiting to download (plus mirror sites???)

Painfully slow download. Begins fast and steadily degrades to less than 9kb/sec.

This driver is included in SP3.. that`s why you can`t install it.
Anyway, i have SP3 and had no problem with it; audio quality is awsome

Took forever to load, almost an hour and then once I ran the download it had an error and never finished installing.
