Date: 09 Jul 2008, 18:33 GMT | Slow as hell in terms of time to scan - software is slow to startup and scanner is slow to transfer data to PC - an A4 scan (@200pixels/inch) takes about 6 mins to get to the point where you can open the file in an external app. (e.g. PSP). Softwae is made of many seperate components that load each other as and when required - I tried isolating and running the individual programs necessary biut they don't work unless they are called through the main program. |
