Download was excellent. However, during installation of the driver it keeps telling me to connect my usb cable from the device to the computer (if it isn't already). Mine is already connected. Then the installation times out. It doesn't seem to see that my USB cable is connected. Bottom line: The installation is not working and I can't use my Alesis Multimix!
